Tennis is the sport of a lifetime— ideal and enjoyable for all ages!  The International Tennis Hall of Fame is proud to partner with AARP Rhode Island to showcase the game’s many physical, social, and mental benefits to their members.  As an official Dell Technologies Hall of Fame Open sponsor, AARP Rhode Island is busy planning to deliver the message that the organization is a resource for people who want to stay fit in a variety of ways, make self-satisfying moves and continue to enjoy active, healthy and productive lives.

Special Event:

10-11 am: 50+ Tennis Clinic

The clinic will be led by John Austin, Director of Tennis for the Hall of Fame Tennis Club.  In 1980 Austin won the Wimbledon Mixed-Doubles Title with his sister Tracey, and has coached many high-profile players including Pete Sampras, Michael Chang, Jim Grabb, Alexandra Stevenson, and Amy Frazier. The session will run from 10-11 a.m. and is open to anyone ticketed for Friday's tournament play. 

Get out and enjoy some time on the grass courts!  Tennis clinic for ages 50 and over; ideal for beginner players, men and women, level 3.0 or complete beginner.  Clinic is free with your tournament ticket, but space is limited to 60 participants.  To sign up, call the Dell Technologies Hall of Fame Open tournament office at 401-849-6053 or fill out the form below.
